About Us

Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in Texas, practicing under the supervision of Katie Adams, M.Ed., LPC-S. My journey began as a registered counselor in South Africa, where I practiced for several years before moving to the U.S. For the past decade, I’ve served on the pastoral team at a church in Houston, walking alongside people through both life’s and spiritual struggles.

My multicultural background has given me a deep appreciation for meeting people right where they are. I’m passionate about helping clients move through seasons of hardship toward lasting hope, healing, and wholeness. I hold a Bachelor’s in Educational Psychology and a Master’s in Education from Stellenbosch University, as well as a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.

I work with individuals navigating crisis, grief, anxiety, fear, and life transitions, and I especially enjoy supporting teens as they face the complexities of social media, friendships, and family relationships. While I draw from CBT, narrative therapy, and mindfulness practices, I believe the most important part of counseling is creating a safe, trusting relationship where you feel understood and supported.

Outside the counseling room, I love spending time with my husband and our two daughters. We enjoy being outdoors together and will happily find our way to the beach on any free day.
